Japan-Nepal Health and Tuberculosis Research Association (JANTRA) directly benefitting poor and marginalized who are living in remote rural areas and unreached from the basic health service access in Nepal. Organization is pioneer and leading NGO, working in the field of health promotion and enhance accessibility of health service
and information, especially TB care and support services. We believe that in terms of development sector good governance, transforming value of money into results and knowledge management is mile stone for organization development process
Governance is the need of the hour in the development sector to ensure and promote application of best management practices, compliance of law and adherence to best possible ethical standards. JANTRA has a four-tier audit and evaluation mechanism to ensure impact of investment, complete transparency and accountability in utilization of funds. The entire management processes and practices of JANTRA are in compliance with the principles of Good Governance.
We understand our social responsibility as an organization and always look for correct partners to work towards this. JANTRA has been doing great work to contribute and achieve national target and goals, partners’ area happy to associate with us to promote primary healthcare services in the hard to reach areas and urban poor setting.
Development of society is dynamic process, transformation of society leads to some sort of risk and vulnerability related to health, so, JANTRA always open vigilance eye to identify health need of dynamic community and we will committed to address health issues of community.
